::We're Having a Giveaway!::

I really can't say enough good things about this book.

I read it last year and was moved, convicted, encouraged, excited, compelled.   Just a wide range of emotions and reactions to this powerful book.  I found a free download of the book last month, so I'm currently listening to it on my morning jogs through the neighborhood, so if my local friends see me sobbing while running around the block, don't assume it's because I hate running (although sometimes I sorta do).  :)  It's because this book is one of those books that could change your life.  Really.

Maybe you're thinking, "I have no desire or conviction to ever adopt! This book isn't for me."

You know what?
It really doesn't matter whether you feel called to adopt or not.
This book is still for you.

Not everyone is called to adopt, but in regard to this particular book, that doesn't matter so much.  Rather, I think each Christian should read the book to grasp how deeply their adopted family roots run as sons and daughters of God, how we have been grafted into a new family, how our Father has given us a most amazing inheritance as His children.  It's on my MUST READ book list for everyone I know that is a follower of Jesus Christ.  And, if after reading it your world is turned upside down in regard to physically adopting a child, then AWESOME!

So for these reasons, I am giving away a copy of Adopted for Life right here on this blog on MAY 1st!

To enter the giveaway, simply leave a comment on this post.
Feel free to promote this post anywhere (Facebook, Twitter, your blog) because the more the merrier!  However, to be entered, you must enter a comment on this post, not on the link on my Facebook page.
The giveaway closes Saturday, April 30 at 11:59 p.m., and I will randomly choose a winner Sunday, May 1st.
I will post announcing the winner that evening.

If you've already read Adopted for Life but want to give it to a particular friend, please by all means enter the giveaway.  I'm all for passing this book on to anyone who would read it!

Thanks for playing!  :)

Dr. Moore was at church Sunday. He didn't say much about adoption, but it is something that hasn't strayed from my and Wally's hearts for the 12 years we've been married. We'd love to read his wise words!

I love this book. For real. And I love getting to hear Dr. Moore speak about adoption- not just adoption of children, but of our adoption into God's family.

I'd love to read this book - our little boy that we'll be adopting will be born May 20th so any books to help prep for that would be great!
